Season 1 of “Death by Unknown Event” focused on the unsolved death of Vancouver Nurse Cindy James and was narrated by Pamela Adlon. It won Silver in the 2022 Signal Awards for True Crime and appeared on Audible’s Best of 2021 list. Season 2 is currently in production at Audible.
